- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had an amazing experience. Ashely called me back and I was there with my 4 month old, feeding her, with a carrier and diaper bag. Ashely immediately asked if I needed him. I'm too proud and said no but she saw me struggling and helped me anyway. She was attentive and a very kind person. That experience alone would make me want to come back. Luckily my amazing experience didn't stop there because then I met Angela Reynolds. She listened to everything I had to say, she answered all my questions, was honest, she showed just how much she cared and she was very knowledgeable. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪LOVE JULIE BARNARD & I LOVE ANGIE REYNOLDS ASSISTANT ASHLEY ( DON'T KNOW IF THAT IS CORRECT SPELLING ON REYNOLDS ASSISTANT'S NAME) THIS OFFICE DOESN'T SEEM TO HAVE ANYTHING TOGETHER NEW SYSTEM OR NOT , SHORT STAFFED OR NOT. DR REYNOLDS SAID THAT I HAD CANCELED MY MRI WHICH I HADN'T ( SO ASSUMING , WHICH SHE WOULDN'T HAVE KNOWN SINCE SHE NEVER CAME BACK INTO MY ROOM) PLEASE KNOW YOUR FACTS YOU ARE THE PROVIDER I AM THE PATIENT , I WAS TRYING TO FIGURE OUT OPTIONS AROUND MRI SO I DIDN'T MISS SO MUCH WORK SINCE I WAS WORKING OVER TIME AND IT WAS CLOSE OUT DAY. THEN SAID WE'RE NOT GIVING YOU PAIN MEDS .... I DON'T NEED PAIN MEDS NEVER ASKED FOR ANY TYPE OF PAIN MEDS NOT 1 TIME FROM ANY DR AT THAT OFFICE. ALSO I JUST CALLED OPEN IMAGING THEY SENT ABOUT 45 MIN AGO FOR THE 2ND TIME. I PERSONALLY KNOW & HAVE A FRIEND THAT WORKS AT OPEN IMAGING BY THE WAY. WHICH I UNDERSTAND HAS TO GO THROUGH PROCESS FINE. I WOULD JUST THINK IF A PATIENT WAS IN PAIN A DR WOULD CARE & GET BACK WITH TO THEM BEFORE THE WEEKEND. I WAS TOLD IF IT WAS SENT OVER BEFORE 12PM THEY WOULD CALL ME. I CAN GO TO OPEN IMAGING MYSELF & GET THE DICTATION WHEN I GET OFF WORK & LET ONE OF OUR RADIOLOGISTS HERE GO OVER IT WITH ME NO PROBLEM AT ALL.February 25, 2017by Courtney Kea
